Welcome to RidersVett. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RidersVett platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Refers to RidersVett Limited, a company registered in Nigeria.
Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Platform.
Refers to an individual who registers on our Platform as a delivery rider seeking verification and job opportunities.
Refers to a company or organization that registers on our Platform to find and hire verified riders.
Refers to text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, or other materials.
To use certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Platform for its intended purposes.

Our Platform provides a verification service for riders. By submitting to our verification process, you agree to the following:
You agree to provide accurate and authentic documents for verification purposes.
You consent to background checks conducted by us or our third-party partners.
You agree to participate in skills assessments as part of the verification process.
We reserve the right to approve or deny verification based on our assessment criteria.
While we strive to maintain high verification standards, we do not guarantee the behavior, performance, or reliability of verified riders. Businesses should conduct their own due diligence before hiring.
Use of certain features of our Platform may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law.
Riders may be charged fees for verification services, training programs, and other premium features. Fee details will be disclosed before you incur any charges.
Businesses may be charged subscription fees, per-hire fees, or other service fees. Fee details will be disclosed before you incur any charges.
We use third-party payment processors to process payments. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these payment processors.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RidersVett and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE PLATFORM IN TERMS OF CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RIDERSVETT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL RIDERSVETT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RidersVett, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Platform.
